M-F: 3 mL blood in EDTA tube
After 1400 or on weekends, yellow-top (ACD) tube is only acceptable specimen

CBC with differential request must accompany Flow Cytometry test requests in order to report results.
Recommend Extended Immune Deficiency panel order accompany this.

Specimens can not be refrigerated

Methodology
Antibody staining for cell surface markers (CD3, CD4, CD45RA, & CD62L) analyzed on a flow cytometer.
