Dr. Goggin currently is the Ernest L. Glasscock, MD, Endowed Chair in Pediatric Education and Research and the Director of Health Services and Outcomes Research for the Children’s Mercy Hospital. She also holds the Curators’ professorial appointment of Psychology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, a position that is known to be the highest and most prestigious academic rank awarded by the University of Missouri Board of Curators. 

Her service to the discipline of community-based translational research includes past membership as Executive Board member of the Society of Behavioral Medicine and regularly serves as a reviewer for the National Institutes of Health.

  • Psychosocial predictors of health behavior change to improve health outcomes and reduce health disparities
