The Department of General and Thoracic Surgery offers residency and fellowship programs that give prospective surgeons hands-on experience in all aspects of the clinical environment. Those who enroll in our programs have a full range of clinical opportunities, including additional elective training and research studies.

Pediatric Surgery Training Program

Surgical Critical Care Fellowship

This one-year fellowship emphasizes clinical and didactic training and covers all aspects of critical patient care. Fellows are also involved in multiple research projects in the areas of pediatric and neonatal critical care.
