I recently read an article in the Wall Street Journal by Rachel Emma Silverman. In this article Silverman talks about firms doing away with accepting resumes.  Instead they are relying on Social Media sites for their information on candidates. As a candidate I would think your first reaction might be a shrill of joy but you might have an afterthought of “what will they find out about me.”  I would love for you to check out this article and let us know your thoughts.  Do you think there is enough information on Social Media sites to get a clear picture on you as an applicant?  Do you prefer the status quo – email a resume or complete an application?  Have additional thoughts about the article?  Please share!  You can view Silverman’s article by clicking here: http://on.wsj.com/yvDmaQ
